Wow!! WE DID IT!!!!!

On Sunday June 28, a group of 10 of us set out to Run Melbourne to raise funds for the Anna Wearne Trust.

It was an epic journey for most of us, many of whom, prior to the last few months of training, had not run a step for many years!!!

But all our training paid off and to our absolute excitement, every single one of us ran every step of the way of our 5km or 10km runs.

We were so pleased and proud. (And red and sweaty!)

But that was not even the best part!!! The best part was that so many of our wonderful friends, family and Trust supporters dug deep into their pockets to encourage and support us.

So far we have raised a WHOPPING $6000!!!!!!!! And all off our own sweat!!

This is a MAJOR fundraiser for the Trust and we all thank every single person who donated. Every donation, from $10, to $200, has been so appreciated by us and will be put to great work helping young people fulfil their potential.
